It is FREE for the public to add information to the databases or to search the databases. The paid version involves a real estate IDX Licence subscription. The IDX Licence connects Database 1 IDX Licence subscriber websites.

Real estate information and business opportunities are added to database 2 by the Public and is reserved for the use of IDXs license holders.

Each listing or advertisement is added by individuals from around the world as they make the information available. ICIWorld.ca doesn’t subscribe to any data services or data mining schemes.

How is the real estate information organized

The real estate data is broadly organized as a ‘HAVE’ or a ‘WANT. The information is then filtered as for sale or for lease and it is categorized as commercial, business opportunity, residential and from the public.  Our search forms for each category are very flexible and you have a number of options to help you source a property.
